If you need a place where you can take refuge,
Where you can experience the blessings of the Spirit,
Where you can rest in connection with God,
however you understand “God,”
Then Anoka UCC may be a good place for you.
If you need a place where you can feel safe in community with others,
Where you can allow your personal gifts to benefit others,
Where you can reach out,
And reach in … at the same time,
Then Anoka UCC may be a good place for you.
Ask questions as you feel the need. We like to see ourselves as the faith community of the questions, rather than the church with all the answers.
Come worship with us.
Come study with us.
Come sing with us.
Come commune with us.
(We celebrate Holy Communion the first Sunday of every month.
All are welcome, regardless of age or faith background;
you needn't join anything to come to the table.)
As for the rest of it --
You are welcome to decide on your own,
If this is indeed a good place … for you.

The mission of the First Congregational Church (UCC),
United Church of Christ, of Anoka,
is to be an open, vital nurturing Christian community:
By searching for God's guidance through prayer, for God's knowledge through scriptures, and for a model of Christian living throught the life of Jesus Christ;
By Providing an environment to reflect, to share our faith, to grow spiritually, and to support one another;
By Striving to meet the religious needs for all ages in our congregation;
By encouraging individuality, acceptance of diversity, participation in our church, and reaching out faithfully in our community and the world.
